We have collected the most commonly asked questions and provided you with answers below to assist you in your Veritees experience. If there is a question that falls outside of what is answered below, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

General Questions

What is your return policy?

The quality of our products is our goal. If there is an issue with the quality of your product upon receiving it we will make it right.

We also want you to be ecstatic with the purchase that you made. If the product is not the color, size or design you desire we allow for exchanges.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an offer to purchase a product before it is actually printed. By doing this we are able to offer you the ability to get it printed on a wide range of colors and garments than what we will offer once the product is officially launched. To sweeten the deal, we also offer a discount on the retail price as well.

When will it ship?

We will ship your apparel as soon as they are printed. On the individual product pages we have provided a general “ship by” date. In most cases, the designs will be printed and shipped before this date. If you have any questions regarding the pre-order process, please contact us.

What are your customer service hours?

All communication to customer service should be done using our contact page. We believe that the way you treat your customers is indicative of the future prosperity of your business. So if you contact us, we make it a top priority to respond to you in a timely manner. You can expect a response or acknowledgement usually within 12-24 hours.

Do you offer any coupons or discounts?

From time to time we will offer discounts in the form of coupon codes. Most of these coupons are made exclusively to our email list recipients but, from time to time, we have sales that are marketed on our website with the coupon posted for everyone to use.

We also have a guerilla thank you campaign that operates in secret. If our undercover operatives discover you sending us positive vibes on social media or going above and beyond to promote our products then we will make it our duty to thank you in a way we see fit.

How can I suggest an idea for a design?

Have an idea for a design and want to share it? We’d love to hear it!

You can contact us and send us your idea. If we love it as much as you, we will make it a reality. Please note that by sharing your idea you are giving us permission to use it in a design without compensation… but we would definitely send you one of the first printed items as a thank you!

How can I suggest a product?

As we grow and expand, so will the types of products / apparel we will offer. It goes without saying that the types of products we will offer are directly tied to demand. So if you want to send us your demands, contact us!

Are your products available for wholesale/resale?

We will consider a wholesale partnership with retail spaces on a case by case basis. Please contact us.

I loved my apparel! How can I promote your store?

We are ecstatic that you are ecstatic! We would appreciate you spreading of the word in any form or fashion. Good ole word of mouth is always great but in this tech age, social media is king! Click on our social icons on our main navigation bar to connect with us there and send our information to your friends!

Order Questions

What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchasing.

For U.S. Customers:

Orders using the Flat Rate or Free Shipping will be shipped using either USPS First Class or USPS Priority depending on a number of factors. Regardless of method, shipments should arrive withing 2-4 business days of shipping date. If you need an item faster, please choose a different option at checkout.

For International Customers:

Actual shipping time varies depending on destination with First Class Mail delivery. Other shipping methods will list probable delivery times at checkout.

DUTY & VAT Taxes (Customs Fees): These fees are not included in the shipping or overall price of your order. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on the country, different fees will apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We will be adding additional countries very soon. Join our mailing list to stay up to date.

For International Customers:

What payment options do you accept?

At the checkout process you will be able to pay by a debit or credit card in the form of VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or JCB using our Stripe payment integration.

You now also have the option of paying with crypto currency using the coinpayments integration!

Why does my billing and shipping address need to be the same?

At the checkout we require the billing address and shipping address to be the same. This is to verify your shipping address and to protect both you and us from fraud. Disputed orders that are sent to a different address usually are judged in favor of the customer regardless of whether the orders were fulfilled completely. This type of loss can hurt a small business and therefore we must protect ourselves at this time. This is subject to change in the future. Please contact us if you have any additional questions regarding this policy.

Is your site secure?

Of course! We would not risk having your rights infringed by outsiders as you pay for our wonderful items. Our site is encrypted with a 2048 bit Comodo SSL Certificate and none of your payment information is stored on our servers but is processed using Stripe.

Do I need to pay tax?

On most products you will only need to pay tax if your order is being shipped to the state of Virginia.

Some products may yield a tax if being shipped to California or North Carolina.

Apparel Questions

How and where is your apparel made?

We strive for the highest level of quality, comfort and support for our local economy. We make it our mission to source apparel from companies that are environmentally responsible, are sweatshop free, part or all of their production occurs in the US, and their material is made of 100% cotton (where applicable). Our products are designed in Virginia and printed in California and North Carolina.

Our printing process is done using plastisol inks and/or waterbased inks. Depends on the design, amount of colors, amount of detail and type of garment.

 

What are the washing and drying instructions for my apparel?

Please use the following instructions to care for your apparel:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Only non-chlorine bleach, when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton.

High temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and high temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
