Quality and experience are the two attributes we want to exceed on your expectations scale. We want you to love our apparel and possess a deep appreciation for the attention and creativity that went into the process.

With that said, we understand that there are several reasons you may want to request a refund. Here are the reasons we accept:

Bought the wrong one (size / color / design)

Have an “uh-oh” moment? Desire a different size, color or maybe even a different design all together? That’s cool with us. We are happy to help you solve your conundrum but we do require the following things to make this happen:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery receipt
  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition as received
  • You pay to ship it back to us in any method you wish

Once received we will process your request and we will ship your newly desired item out to you at no cost.

Changed your mind

We are human and our minds do change from time to time. We of course hope that our products are so unique and genuine that this won’t happen. However, in the event you do have a change of mind we will refund your purchase or work with you to exchange it for a different product but we do require the following things to make this happen:

Manufacturing defect

Finally, the topic we are most sensitive about. If you have reached this point, we have failed you. You may be sad but we are more sad. Please let us make it up to you. You must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for a manufacturing defect return:

  • Contact us within 60 days of delivery receipt
  • Take photos of the area in question on the garment
  • A description of what happened, if applicable

Once received we will process your request and contact you to facilitate the return.
